“I love being a Mental Health First Aid trainer. Every time I train others, I am reminded of the importance of combatting stigma and how by breaking the taboo we can support people to get the help they need. I’m also reminded of how to look after my own mental health and wellbeing when working in challenging settings. It is such a valuable qualification.”
