Soundcastle seeks to grow our board of trustees, to enable us to bring additional voices and expertise into the charity.
It’s wonderful that you are here and we look forward to meeting you some time soon. We currently have a full team of facilitators, however are always happy to hear from new voices as our work is quickly expanding across the South East.

Sparking Change 2025/26 – Bursary Update
At Soundcastle we believe that creative training should be paid, valued and accessible. Sparking Change was designed with full bursaries in mind, so it’s a difficult step to share that we haven’t yet secured the full funding we’d hoped for.
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we can still run the programme in full and offer bursaries of £300 (50% of our original target) to every trainee.
Even in a tough fundraising climate, our commitment hasn’t changed: we will keep creating and championing pathways into paid training in community music — especially for young people who face barriers and access challenges.
