Soundcastle Junior Associate Recruitment

 

Soundcastle are recruiting Junior Associates in Waltham Forest and Bristol to support our Musical Beacons family music-making programme and the Soundcastle Community – our digital space for community music practitioners. The 6 month placements are remote with some travel to project locations within either Waltham Forest or Bristol.

 

The ideal candidates for these roles will have an interest in gaining music making skills, a willingness to learn and make mistakes and an interest in being part of a community music programme.

 

This placement will provide on-site learning opportunities, one to one mentoring and coaching, monthly group supervision, space for training and reflective practice, employability support and signposting to other future roles and opportunities.

Salary: Bristol – UK Living Wage (£9.50ph) / London – London Living Wage (£10.85ph)

 

Employment Term: This role is offered for a period of 6 months as part of the Government Kickstart Scheme.
